ABOUT ME
I currently manage and lead a talented team of junior and senior designers, while promoting what I call “sustainable efficiency”, meaning we aim for high performance, without sacrificing our well-being and while striving for a fun and enjoyable work environment.
My professional journey as a designer started over six years ago. In that time, I have designed children’s educational toys distributed through multiple franchises, urban furniture that can be found in the city of Montreal, custom high-end kitchens, aquatic play structures for hotels, resorts and municipalities worldwide, as well as graphic design and illustration work for local businesses.
My multifaceted experience, collaborative mindset and eagerness to excel led me to transition from a junior designer to Team Lead in a few short years. The qualities that are required for an empathetic leader have always come naturally to me. I’m best known for my ability to stay calm under stressful situations, and being a strong advocate for my team’s wellbeing.
